- For exchange you may return the pair of earrings or necklace to us at Kalvebod Brygge, 24 DK-1560, Copenhagen, Denmark wihin 7 days , with intact packing and bubble wrap , along with the invoice .
- Once we receive the product, we will check the product and issue you a coupon code of the same product value within 5 days of receiving your return. You can shop for that amount anytime in the future Offer Products.
- For 3 earrings for 1000, 3 necklaces for 1500, sale under 250, sale under 450, and any discounted products, There is no exchange on offer products. we replace only damaged products and missing products with the same design.

- For return (damaged products) We will pick up the products, once we receive the products we will dispatch the new ones.
- For return (non damaged products), you may return the pair of earrings/necklace/sunglass /footwear to us at Kalvebod Brygge, 24 DK-1560, Copenhagen, Denmark within 7 days, with intact packing and bubble wrap, along with the invoice.

In case of a refund, we generate a coupon code/gift card against the value of products for future purchases.

DEFECTIVE AND DAMAGED ITEMS
All our products are checked before packing. We also pack carefully so that the jewellery does not get damaged while in transit. But in case of very rare instance of items get damaged in transit, please contact us via email faru@one.com or contact at +44 20 8106 0910 within 24 hours . We will help you resolve any issues as quickly as possible by replacing the item, once the faulty item has been returned to us by post. We will dispatch the replacement .
